Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pup to love every piece from The House of Gary. Because our apparel is made to order and our dog essentials ship directly from our partners, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or fit, so please review the size guide on each product before placing your order.
Apparel (Crewnecks, Hoodies & Tees)
Each piece is made to order just for you. Apparel is not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Dog Coats, Collars, Leashes & Accessories
Dog products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will make it right:
- Email support@thehouseofgary.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and of the packaging, if the item was damaged in transit).
- Once our team reviews your request, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, at no cost to you.
Please do not send any item back unless our team asks you to.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
